CONDITIONS OF USE
( SUPPLY / ERECT & COLLECT SERVICE)
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or the full fee will be payable unless a mutual decision is made between us and the client on the day of hire due to adverse weather conditions such as heavy rain fall, flooding, snow, or strong winds then no charge will be implemented.
If for any reason on the day of a booking the individual (s) hiring decide they no longer want the booking or are unable to continue with the booking once equipment is delivered (e.g. no space, no power supply, not confident about the weather) then the full cost of the hire charge will be payable.
A £20 returnable damage deposit (e.g. face paint, silly string,mud and tears ) is required upon delivery of the equipment. A full check will be done before and after use with a team member and person (s) hiring the equipment if on return the equipment has been damaged or broken full payment for repairs will be required from person (s) who hired out the equipment and the £20 deposit will not be returned.
we require clear access, in the summer months we run to a tight schedule to ensure all our customers are delivered to and collected from on time.
The site needs to be free from stones, dog mess, and excessive mud. If there are any overhanging trees or bushes encroaching on the site area of the inflatable, these will need to be pruned back prior to our arrival. The unit cannot be sited where any side of it is brushing up against bushes, trees, fences or walls. Please inform us if there are any steps or inclines. If we have to go through the house or garage, we cannot be held liable for any damage that may occur. My staff will be as careful as they can. Jones Entertainments accept no liability for any damage or loss of personal property and or any injury arising from the use of the hired equipment.
Your unit will be supplied in a good and clean order, we do expect the inflatable to be clean on collection. If you need to clean the unit prior to our collection, do not attempt to clean the unit with anything but hot soapy water. Solvents & other cleaning chemicals must not be used.
The unit will have an age limit on the paperwork . Please ensure no-one under or over this age uses the equipment. No adults are to use Bouncy Castle/ inflatable that are only suitable for juniors, under 12..
No food or drinks or chewing gum to be allowed on or near the unit which will avoid choking and mess (Please note if the inflatable is collected in a dirty condition, then the person hiring it will incur a cleaning charge)
All shoes, glasses, jewellery, badges or sharp objects MUST be removed before using the unit.
No face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string to be used either on or near the unit.
No smoking, barbecues, pets, toys or sharp instruments to be allowed on or near the unit.
A responsible Adult, over 18, must supervise the unit at all times, NEVER leave unattended.
Always ensure that the unit is not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to the age and size of children using it. Try to avoid large and small children from using it at the same time. No children and teenagers/adults to use at the same time.
Climbing, hanging, doing somersaults sitting on walls is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed.
Do not allow children to push, colliding, fighting, or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others. Do not allow other boisterous behaviour.
Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step as a child could easily bounce off the inflatable and get hurt. The step is there to assist users in getting on or off!
Ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems is allowed on the unit, as indeed any Child who is feeling unwell.
Do not allow anyone to be on the unit during inflation or deflation as this is DANGEROUS.
The unit should not be used if it becomes wet on the jumping area. If no shower cover is fitted and in the event of rain, the unit should not be used.
In the event of heavy rain or strong winds, it is strongly recommended that the Bouncy Castle be switched off. Any wetness, including bubbling (which is normal) can be dried with a towel before use. DO NOT USE IF WET.
In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately. Make sure the blower tube or deflation tube has not come undone or something has not blown onto and is obstructing the air intake on the blower. In the event that it loses power, switch the blower off at the mains, then switch it back on again 5 minutes later, and it should restart. If it does not, inform us straight away.
Hired equipment will be set up in one location only as agreed on arrival and WILL NOT be moved once unloaded & set up.
Once set up NEVER MOVE THE INFLATABLE!!.
