What area do you cover?
We are based in Henlow, Bedfordshire but cover a large area, with free local delivery, but outlaying villages & bucks deliveries may incur a small delivery charge. For larger event’s we cover a wider area please call for details.
How do I hire an Inflatable?
Once you have looked at our web site and decided on the castle or inflatable you would like, check the size is suitable allowing space in your garden / event location. Contact us by phone or email for availability and costs.

We do not take a deposit on orders under £100.00, once booked your order is guaranteed, if you need to cancel please call as early as possible. If bad weather on the day, pleases call before 8am. We do charge a deposit on the day of delivery, this is to make sure the castle is looked after and no mess is on the unit when we collect. The deposit gets returned back to you on pick-up.
Are you insured?
Yes, we have public liability insurance (covered up to £5 million) a copy is available on request. If a “Dry Hire” you are responsible for supervision.
Are the Inflatables clean?
All our castles are clean and regularly inspected, if the castle is dirty on collection there will be a cleaning charge to you the client. face paints & party poppers damage the plastic. If you need to clean the inflatable use hot water and washing up liquid, dry well before re using.
What if it rains?
Most of our inflatables have sewn in shower covers so will stay dry in a light shower. However in heavy rain the castle will become wet and it is advised that the castle is not used as the castle becomes very slippery. Castles can be towel dried once the rain has stopped. If you decide you would like to cancel your booking due to the weather then please let us know as soon as possible, preferably before 8am on the day of hire. You will not be charged for making this decision. It may also be necessary for us to cancel for the sake of safety in extreme weather conditions such as heavy rain or high winds. We will always supply a castle wherever possible.
What happens if a problem occurs during the hire period?
It is very rare that a problem arises that cannot be dealt with by the hirer. But in the unlikely event one should arise please contact us on either 01462 815067/07932 607470 at any time and we’ll be round ASAP to sort it out.
Can I rely on you?
We have children and wouldn’t want to let them down and so we won’t let yours down. Also, service and reputation is everything. Most of our bookings come from word of mouth. Please be aware that if we think the area wouldn’t be safe enough to put a castle up for my children we will not erect one and give you all the reasons why.
How Long do i get the castle for?
Depending on what size castle you get, if you hire a childrens castle we start to collect at 5:30 if you have hired a adults caslte its around 7:30 / 8:30 if you want a late night pickup their will be a £20 - £25 charge payable on delivery. depending on the queue of your oder depends on collection but we start our rounds at 5:30. We drop off at anytime between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM
Do you deliver, set-up, dismantle and collect the castles?
Yes, Its all included in the price you are given.
What notice do I need to give to book?
It’s best to book as early as possible to guarantee getting the castle you want and the delivery and collection times. If another company lets you down on the day of hire, you can try booking last minute and if we have anything available we’ll do our best to fit you in.
Are your casltes suitable for indoor use?
All of our units are suitable for indoor hire but obviously this depends on your venue. Please take into account ceiling height as well as the width and length of the hall.
